Not able to use RSS due to firewall restictions?

Some people work in organisations that restrict the use of RSS feeds. If you are not able to subscribe to RSS feeds, we can email you the same updates. Use the 'Subscribe to Updates' at the foot of the page. Just add in your email address and we'll send updates to your email address.

Where can I get an RSS Reader?

Some browsers, such as the current versions of Firefox and Safari have built in RSS readers. If you're using a browser that doesn't currently support RSS, there are a variety of RSS readers available in the web; some are free to download and others are available for purchase.

How do I use RSS Feeds?

The first step is to choose an RSS reader. Each reader has a slightly different way of adding a new feed, also called a "channel." Follow the directions for your reader but, in most cases, here's how it works:

Step 1:
If you have never run RssReader before, not running Windows 2003 or the latest Windows XP version and never installed the free Microsoft .NET framework (What is Microsoft .NET framework?) you first need to download and install it.
The easiest way is to run Windows update or otherwise visit Microsoft How to Get the .NET Framework 1.1.

Step 2:
Download the Reader.
NOTE: If you are part of a corporate network, such as the DOJ IT network, the security settings may not allow you to download executable files.

Download RssReader 1.0.88.0:

rssreader.exe

Step 3
Install RssReader
When you downloaded the .exe version click on 'run'.

Step 4:
Place the mouse arrow on the Subscribe button (on the Home page of this website) and click the right mouse button, then choose "Copy Shortcut".

Start RssReader and go to add(+) channel/feed and then paste (click right mouse button) the url and press ok. You will now be notified of any updates made to this website.
