Family Violence and Stalking Resources

These resources include practical checklists for use in a court context, as well as guides to, and overviews of, the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 and the Stalking Intervention Orders Act 2008. The resources were developed by the Judicial College of Victoria with the guidance of a Judicial Editorial Committee for judicial officers. They are available to the legal profession and to the public.
