New Evidence Knowledge Test No. 2

Now the Evidence Act 2008 has commenced, try the College's new Evidence Knowledge Test No. 2 - a multiple-choice scenario with questions on relevance, opinion evidence, and the discretions.

Like our earlier Evidence Knowledge Test No. 1, which highlighted hearsay and tendency/coincidence, the test provides explanations of the right and wrong answers.
